Killers, the strategy of tension

As Frank Valken pulls off a fabulous heist, a hit squad springs into action and executes all witnesses. Among the dead bodies is that of the magistrate who is investigating the case of the Mad Shooters. Thirty years later, they seem to be back. Arrested in flagrante delicto and facing media pressure, Frank has no choice but to crack down and try to prove his innocence.
