20’s in the Landes. A huge industrial forest, a simmering social crisis. For thirty-five year old Lièna, the time of carefreeness is over! She loses her original husband, inherits his vast properties and his strange dream: to have electricity everywhere on his land. At all costs, Liéna wants to make this electric dream a reality. Except that nobody wants it, neither his environment nor the unions. So, she fights, struggles, makes mistakes, ends up looking the Heath “in the face”, finally connects with the modernity that is in her, feels that there is in fact another dream, a social elsewhere, an emotional elsewhere beyond the frozen and stifling reality of the country.
